Return & Exchange Policy for Press-On Nails

Our Commitment to Quality

At Bombae' Nailz, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade press-on nails with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each set is crafted specifically for our customers and inspected for quality before shipping.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Hygiene & Health Safety: Press-on nails are personal care items that come into direct contact with your hands and nails. For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell or reuse products once they have left our facility.
  • Handmade & Custom Nature: Each set is lovingly handcrafted and may be customized to your specifications. Once created, these items cannot be restocked or sold to another customer.
  • Product Integrity: Once the packaging is opened or the product is used, we cannot guarantee its condition or quality for resale.

✅ Exceptions - When We Will Help

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, we stand behind the quality of our products. We WILL accept returns, offer replacements, or provide refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Products

  • If your press-on nails arrive damaged during shipping
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We will send a replacement set at no additional cost

2. Incorrect Items Shipped

  • If you receive the wrong product or design
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number
  • We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

3. Manufacturing Defects

  • If there is a clear defect in the product (prior to use)
  • Examples: missing nails from the set, severe color inconsistencies, structural defects
  • Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund

📦 What Is NOT Covered

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our sizing guide before ordering)
  • Color appearing different than expected (monitor/screen variations)
  • Minor variations in handmade designs (each set is unique)
  • Damage caused after delivery or during application
  • Products that have been worn, used, or applied
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging (unless damaged during shipping)
  • Custom orders (unless defective or incorrect)

📞 How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for our exceptions policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Email us through our contact page
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
    • A brief description of the problem
  4. Wait for our response
    • We typically respond within 24-48 hours
